The Job Ready Program provides this opportunity and a pathway to employment and/or further training. It does this through classroom based training and a work placement with either an aged care or disability employer.

The Department of Training and Workforce Development, in partnership with Community Skills WA and key industry partners developed the Ageing and Disability Job Ready Program. The Program is 100% fee-free for all eligible students.

The purpose of the Ageing and Disability Job Ready Program is to help people gain employment, ideally as a trainee.
