A highly skilled, cohesive and valued Community Services, Health, Education, and Sport, Fitness and Recreation workforce
Consulting and Sector Support
In addition to our core work, Community Skills WA provides consulting services to support organisations navigating workforce challenges and sector reform. Our team brings deep industry insight and a collaborative approach to projects spanning workforce development, training design and service innovation.
We have partnered with both State and National organisations including National Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation (NACCHO), Job Pathways, Lotterywest and family and domestic violence services to provide a wide range of supports. These include providing a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for the NACCHO Integrated Care Education Program, developing a Course in the Early Years to support capacity building in Playgroups and the Early Childhood Sector, the development of Youth Mentoring skill sets and working with partners to support the establishment of the Family and Domestic Violence (FDV) Workforce Entity. Through this work, we help strengthen services, improve systems and empower teams.
We also work with organisations across health, education and community services, delivering solutions that are practical, actionable and outcomes focused.
