Community Skills WA is a not-for-profit organisation ‘connecting the dots’ between industry and training providers within the health, community services and education sectors. We listen, engage and advocate to facilitate a skilled workforce across Western Australia.

Previously Community Services, Health and Education Training Council, Community Skills WA continues as a industry training council to provide strategic industry advice to the WA State Training Board and the Department of Training and Workforce Development on behalf of the health, community services and education sectors.

Inspiration behind our logo

Our logo represents CSWA’s aim to facilitate a skilled workforce across Western Australia within the health, community services and education sectors. We do this by ‘connecting the dots’ between industry, training providers, government agencies and not-for-profit organisations and understanding local industry demand. Our logo represents our passion for the sectors and the state. The azure represents the health sector and the Indian Ocean that surrounds us, oxide represents the community services sector and the core of our state and the ochre represents education and the far reaches of the desert. We are proud to represent and advocate for our sectors.
